As the only veterinary hospital in Lamoille County with 24-hour on site staffing (and one of only two in the state) we are in a unique position to offer care to your pets on a 24-hour basis. Appointments are required for routine matters (see below). If you have an emergency, or are not sure if your pet needs immediate attention, please call us to speak with a staff member.

Our team is available 24 hours a day to help with emergencies that may arise. If you have an emergency, we recommend a call in advance. When you call, we'll ask you the nature of the problem, the size and species of your pet and how long it will take you to get to us. If you have someone else call ahead, it is great if they are prepared to answer our questions!
If you call and get the message phone, please don't hang up! It usually means we have our hands full and can't get to the phone in time. If you have an emergency please stay on the line in order to hear instructions on how to page the doctor on call. You will get a call back as soon as possible!
