Our team is available 24 hours a day to help with emergencies that may arise. If you have an emergency, we recommend you call in advance.

When you call with an emergency, we'll ask you the nature of the problem, the size and species of your pet and how long it will take you to get to us. If you have someone else call ahead for you, it is great if they are prepared to answer our questions!

If you call and get the answering machine, please don't hang up! It usually means we have our hands full and can't get to the phone in time. If you have an emergency please stay on the line in order to hear instructions on how to page the doctor on call. You will get a call back as soon as possible!
